At ALTAMA, we put our name behind every product we make and we want you to be completely satisfied with your boots. It is for this reason that we guarantee our first quality boots against defects in materials and workmanship for one year, excluding the Cadet Series. The Cadet Series carry a 30 day warranty. This warranty is good on boots bought directly from us, either on our website or through phone orders. All other boots will need to be returned to their place of purchase. Abnormal wear or abuse is excluded.
We also have a 30-day warranty on size and satisfaction for all boots bought directly from us. If your boots do not fit you for any reason, return them for another size or refund, excluding shipping cost. These boots must not show any wear, be polished or be changed in any way from their original condition. If you wish for a replacement pair, we will pay to ship them to you; but we will not reimburse you for your cost of returning the original pair.
Returns can take up to 30 days in the event the boots are not in stock. It can also take up to 30 days for refunds to show up on your credit card statement.
How to Make a Return
To request a Return Authorization (RA) number and begin the simple returns process, just contact one of our customer service representatives at 1-209-234-4200. Hours are 7:30 to 16:00 Pacific time, Monday through Friday. Alternatively, you can send an email via the contact form found here.
Please note that ALTAMA does not accept any returns without a RA number. Returns submitted without a RA number will be returned to sender.
ALTAMA does not accept any returns on International orders or on any discontinued sale items under any circumstances.
